I was watching a video on YouTube called “Cookies, donut, and all the other baked goodies you might not know about,” and while I was intrigued, I wasn’t quite ready to start the whole “nurture your brain” thing.
“Bread is one of the best foods to eat because it can give us all the nutrients we need to live healthy,” explains the narrator, who goes on to explain how this “superfood” is used to keep us alive in this world of hunger.
I was immediately interested in the nutritional properties of these foods and, of course, I was also intrigued by the video.
The nutrition of these things is really difficult to pin down.
The thing about these things, I discovered, is that they are very versatile and they can be used in many different ways.
I decided to do some research to see how much they were actually doing to my brain.
So I started reading.
I started to understand the nutrition facts.
And I decided to take my own nutrition advice, which is pretty self-explanatory.
In fact, I think that’s exactly what it was all about, at least for me.
I want to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life, and I want cookies, especially donuts and other breads, to help me achieve that goal.
If you have any cookies that you would like to share, or if you have a question about one of these items, or just want to let me know if I missed anything, please send me an email at [email protected].
