I like to make the meatballs before they go in the freezer, because I make them ahead of time and then they reheat in the microwave.
The easiest way is to make a batch of the meatball dough, then add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
That way, the dough is covered and ready to go in an hour or two.
Then you can put it in a freezer bag or zip-top bag to keep it frozen.
I usually make two batches.
One batch is a meatball recipe, and the second batch is meatballs made with fresh ingredients.
The recipes are easy to make and take just a few minutes to make.
For the vegan version, I make one batch and freeze it, making sure to cover it completely.
Then, the next day, I use the meat-free version to make one more batch, and then freeze the other batch.
You don’t need to refrigerate the meat balls; you can make them on the day you make them, and they will last for up to three weeks.
If you want to make vegan versions of meatballs, you can use your own dough, or you can find the recipe online.
For example, my husband makes a vegetarian version with homemade tomato sauce.
You can use any type of sauce, or if you like a sweeter taste, use tomato paste instead of olive oil.
It’s really up to you.
